Product description

Alloy 800HT is ijzer-nikkel-chroomlegering. Het is een veel gebruikte materiaalsoort die corrosiebestendig en hittebestendig is tot 1500°F (816°C) met behoud van zijn mechanische waardes. Anders dan bij Alloy 800(H) heeft de 800HT een koolstofbereik van 0,06-0,10% en liggen de waarden voor Aluminium en Titaan vast op Al + Ti 0,85-1,20%. Door het gehalte aan nikkel is het bestand tegen spanningscorrosie. Bij verhoogde temperaturen biedt het goede weerstand tegen oxidatie, carburatie, scheuren en kruip. Alloy 800H wordt veel toegepast in onderdelen die langdurig worden blootgesteld aan hoge temperaturen zoals ovens, ethyleenproductie installaties, stoomheaters, koolwaterstof krakers en afsluiters.
