Is a heat-resistant stainless steel. The origin of this material lies in AISI 309; however, this grade offers better resistance to oxidation at high temperatures due to its higher chromium-nickel content. This material exhibits good strength properties at high temperatures and is therefore particularly suitable when excellent mechanical properties are required at elevated temperatures. It also provides excellent chemical resistance at temperatures up to 1100˚C. This material has extensive applications in the petrochemical industry and in furnace and oven construction.
