The innovative coating gives Magnelis® Zink Magnesium Aluminium steel sheet its excellent resistance to corrosion in the most demanding environments. The coating used for Magnelis® contains less zinc than thermally galvanised steel sheet. Magnelis® sheets are therefore lighter and more environmentally friendly. Magnelis® offers excellent formability, good weldability, gives good paint results when processed and reduces tool soiling. It is available with environmentally friendly E-Passivation® as standard. Magnelis® steel sheets are widely used in environmental containers, animal stalls, as a façade cladding and roofing material, in trailer construction, for solar panels, for silos and air-conditioning systems.
