Product description

This type is a low-carbon martensitic nickel-alloyed stainless steel. It boasts good mechanical properties, including high impact resistance and superior corrosion resistance compared to other high-carbon martensitic steel types, and it is weldable. 1.4313 can be used between -60°C and +300°C. Applications for the alloy include parts for turbines for power plants, couplings, pumps, valves and compressor parts. Due to the weldability of this alloy, it is often used in the offshore and oil and gas industries.
